Destination, dates, who is going and what you like. Sevi returns a day-by-day plan with a time against every stop, what it is likely to cost, and notes on the things that catch people out. Weight your interests and the plan shifts with them — more food, less walking, whatever you actually want from the week.
Every plan is editable by hand as well. Add a stop, move one, delete the thing you were never going to do.
One plan, everyone on it.
Share a trip with a code. Anyone who joins can edit it, and their changes reach the rest of you — a stop moved on somebody's phone in another timezone shows up on yours without a refresh, with a note saying who did it.
The assistant works on shared trips too, so the person who never opens planning apps can still say “push Friday's dinner later” and have it happen.
The paperwork, in step with the plan.
Every trip gets a checklist: passport, visa, flight, hotel, insurance. Add one and Sevi reads it — the flight number and route off a boarding pass, the dates off a hotel confirmation, what a policy covers — and the details appear on your dashboard without you typing them. A passport is uploaded once and answers every trip after it.
Documents are encrypted on your phone and open with your fingerprint. When you ask Sevi to read a page, that page is sent to be read and is not kept. Anything still missing is nudged two weeks before you fly, and again three days out.
Nobody has to be the accountant.
Log what you spend as you spend it. Split evenly, by share, or item by item when only three of you had the wine. Sevi keeps the running balance and tells you the shortest set of payments that clears it.
Groups work without a trip attached, so the same thing handles roommates and a weekend away.
